BEN TEO
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Ben is responsible for Corporate Finance & treasury, Accounts, Tax and Risk management of Koon Holdings Limited and oversees these functions across the Group. He also handles investor relations matters for the Group.

Prior to joining the Group in May 2010, he has over 15 years of experience in audit and accounting and had experience in a few public listed companies on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited of which Ben was responsible for overseeing the financial management, corporate governance, listing requirement compliance, and other finance related matters.

Ben is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

JUSLENE AW POH HUA
Group HR & Admin. Manager

Juslene joined the Group in 1990 as a Project Administrative Officer handling administrative works, including staff and workers welfare, and providing support to the Project Manager. After several years of site experience, Juslene was transferred to the head office where she was tasked to handle corporate administration works which includes IT infrastructure and human resources for the Construction division. In 2008, Juslene was promoted to the position of Group HR and Admin Manager handling all corporate administration works for the Group.

Juslene has a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Productivity and Standards Board.

LOO WOEI HARNG
Executive Director (Construction & Precast Division) and General Manager (Construction Division)

Woei Harng joined the Group in March 2013 as Executive Director and General Manager. He has 30 years of working experience in the construction industry and related business areas covering engineering design, building construction, civil engineering construction, infrastructure development, mining, property development and management. He had worked in various corporations ranging from multi-national, governmental and private companies, both listed and unlisted, in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. He has been CEO of two listed companies in Singapore.

Woei Harng graduated from the National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Master of Science (Civil Engineering).

MICHAEL YEW WING KIONG
Executive Director (Precast Division)

Michael has joined the Precast Division as Executive Director since 2009. With 15 years of experience, Michael has extensive knowledge on the precast concrete industry.

Michael's insight has been instrumental in expanding the Precast Division. His key areas of expertise encompass both operational aspect and strategic planning for the Division. Heading all business development activities within the Precast Division, he is in charge of formulating expansion strategies for both existing and new markets.

Michael graduated with a Bachelor in Engineering (Civil & Structural Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University in 1998.

JESSIE ONG
General Manager (Precast Division)

Jessie joined the Group in 2010 as General Manager (Precast Division). She has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and precast industry. She had worked with Econ Group since 1979, holding various appointments within the Group. She oversees a team of managers, managing the various projects undertaken by the Group's O\ Precast division and is also in-charge of developing and promoting business opportunities with existing and potential clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Jessie has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Glasgow University, UK.

CHEW WENG KEE
Deputy General Manager (Construction Division)

Weng Kee joined the Group in 1989 as a Civil Engineer. His role then was to handle all matters related to the construction project. He was subsequently promoted to the position of Project Manager before being promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager in year 2009. His responsibility is to oversee larger and more complex construction projects. Currently, Weng Kee is appointed as the Acting Deputy General Manager overseeing the local construction operations.

Weng Kee has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from The National University of Singapore.

DENNIS YONG
Group CEO and Executive Director (Property Division)

Dennis joined the Group in 2011 as Group CEO and Executive Director (Property Division). He has more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Dennis Yong is a prominent figure in this industry, counting many high-profile individuals among his corporate and personal clients. He oversees the entire operations of GPS Group of Companies.

Before joining the real estate sector, he spent 10 years managing companies that dealt in interior design, designer furniture, building materials (import and export) and landed property construction.

Dennis has a diploma in building from the Singapore Polytechnic and a BSc in Real Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University in the UK.

JEFFREY HONG ENG LEONG
Group COO and Executive Director (Property Division)

Jeffrey joined the Group in 2011 as Group COO and Executive Director (Property Division). He has more than 18 years of experience and an acknowledged trailblazer and trendsetter in the Real Estate Industry. Jeffrey oversees the entire operations of GPS Group of Companies.

Jeffrey's much-envied foresight in the local property scene has made him extremely popular with the local media, and resulted in numerous requests for interviews from The Straits Times, The Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao and Channel NewsAsia.

Jeffrey has a Master of Science in Marketing from the Baruch College at The City University of New York.

BEN TAN
CEO (Electric Power Generation Division)

Ben co-founded the Tesla Group of Companies in 2008 as CEO and Managing Director. Ben is currently responsible for the running of the Tesla Group companies which includes the operating power station facilities at Picton, Kemerton, Geraldton and Northam and development of various new projects.

He has previous experience in Electrical Engineering and Investment Banking. He is a current member of the Market Advisory Committee of the Independent Market Operator of Western Australia - the peak Advisory Board in the West Australian Electricity Market.

Ben holds Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering (Honours), Science and Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment and a Masters in Business Administration.
